Who is behind Monofix Services?

Founder – Monit Avit

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I bring a strong foundation in both skilled trades and project management. I am a qualified carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry) and hold a Certificate III in Waterproofing as well as a Diploma in Civil Engineering, which gives me a well-rounded understanding of building structure, design, and on-site execution.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of residential and commercial projects, managing everything from minor repairs to full-scale renovations. My focus is always on quality, reliability, and clear communication. At Monofix Services, we specialise in practical, cost-effective maintenance and repair solutions — from carpentry and waterproofing to concrete repairs, painting, and more.

Whether it’s a quick fix or a complex project, I bring attention to detail, accountability, and a deep understanding of construction that ensures every job is done right the first time.
